Анотація

У статті досліджуються особливості відтворення українських ономастичних реалій в історичній повісті, аналізуються випадки збереження та порушення національного колориту ономастичної лексики при її передачі німецькою мовою. Українські ономастичні реалії, а саме антропоніми, топоніми та гідроніми, розглядаються в аспекті перекладу німецькою мовою з історичної точки зору, аналізується їхня функція змалювання історичної епохи у художньому прозовому творі, досліджуються шляхи збереження їхніх функцій, а також смислового й стилістичного забарвлення при перекладі іншою мовою.
(The article deals with the rendering peculiarities of Ukrainian onomastic realia, used in the historical novel of Ukrainian writer Maria Pryhara «Mykhailyk the cossack orderly». It also examines cases of abuse and preserving of the national colour of Ukrainian onomastic vocabulary during translation into German. Ukrainian onomastic realia, namely anthroponym, toponym and hydronyms, are considered in terms of translation into German from a historical point of view. The author of the article analyzes their function of portraying the historical era in the artistic prose work, researches the ways to preserve their functions, semantic and stylistic colour in the translation into another language. The units of onomastic realia play an important role being a significant component and ethnolingual factor, as well as an integral part of the genre and stylistic features of the fiction. We tend to think that the translation of such lexical items, synergy of information should stress the national character or unique names, realia, and recreate the entire complex associations peculiar to the language speakers of this culture.
The article reviews the features of the use and rendering of onomastic realia as components of historical novel and
emphasizes the fact that anthroponyms, toponyms and hydronyms should be submitted in national form, in order to preserve national color, so the most used method of onomastic realia translation is transliteration. It is grounded that the transcription/translation methods used by the translators help maintain the national colour and provides adequacy of translations.)
