Анотація
Статтю присвячено дослідженню систем формування суддівського корпусу. Розкрито окремі недоліки та переваги формування суддівського корпусу шляхом виборності та призначення суддів. На цій основі окреслено основні напрями нових ініціатив в галузі реформування судової гілки влади та деякі шляхи їх здійснення.
(The article investigates the systems of the judicial corps formation. It is presented some advantages and disadvantages of the judiciary formation by the election and appointment of judges. On this basis, indicated the main directions of the new initiatives in the field of reform of the judiciary branch, and some ways of their implementation.)
