Abstract
Здійснено конституційно-правовий аналіз Рішення Конституційного Суду України від 30 вересня 2010 р., яким було поновлено чинність первинної редакції Конституції України. Аргументується неконституційним характер рішення органу конституційної юрисдикції.(The constitutional legal analysis of the judgment of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (dated on September 30, 2010) which has renewed the validity of the primary version of the Constitution of Ukraine is made. The unconstitutional nature of the judgment of the constitutional jurisdiction body is argued)
