Abstract
У науковій статті аналізуються елементи системи стримувань і противаг у взаємодії між Конституційним Судом України та Верховною Радою України. Увага зосереджена на контрольній функції органу конституційної юрисдикції стосовно актів представницького органу. (The elements of checks and balances system in the interaction between the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are analysed in this scientific article. The attention to the control functions of the constitutional jurisdiction authority in conformity with acts of the representative authority is accented in this article.)
