Abstract
У статті обґрунтована необхідність відображення на рахунку капітальних інвестицій придбання необоротних матеріальних та нематеріальних необоротних активів в обмін на корпоративні права, а також подані алгоритми бухгалтерських проведень за такими операціями (Reasonable necessity of reflection on the account of capital investments of acquisition of inconvertible material and non-material inconvertible assets in an exchange on corporate laws, and also the brought algorithms over of bookkeeping realizations on such operations)
