Abstract
В статті розглядаються основні джерела договірного права Європейського Союзу, а також окремі аспекти правового регулювання договірної свободи в цих джерелах. Особлива увага звертається на Принципи європейського договірного права (The subject of the article is the main sources of EU Contract Law and some aspects of legal regulation of contract freedom in these sources. Special attention is paid to the Principles of EU Contract Law. )
