Abstract
В статті розглядаються окремі питання визнання недійсними змішаних договорів, а саме: неможливість змішування в одному договорі елементів договорів, які суперечать один одному; неможливість визнання недійсним лише частини змішаного договору (Some questions of cancellation of mixed contracts, such as: impossibility of mixing of elements of contracts, which are disconnected, in one contract; impossibility of cancellation of one part of mixed contract only, are analyzed in the article. )
