Abstract

Проаналізовано окремі аспекти міжнародно-правого забезпечення свободи мирних зібрань як позитивний досвід для України. Розглянуто питання щодо якості та необхідної спрямованості спеціального нормативного акта у сфері обмеження свободи мирних зібрань. Досліджено процесуальні питання, зокрема правило про попереднє повідомлення при проведенні мирних зібрань та особливості проведення одночасних зібрань та контрзібрань.
(The separate aspects of the internationally-right providing of freedom of peaceful gatherings as positive experience for Ukraine are analysed in the article. A question is considered in relation to quality and necessary orientation of the special normative act in the field of limitation of peaceful gatherings’ freedom. Judicial questions are investigated, in particular, certain rules about a previous report during realization of peaceful gatherings and feature of realization of simultaneous gatherings and and anti-gatherings.)
