Abstract

У статті зроблено спробу аналізу наукової спадщини в галузі історії права видатного вченого, академіка Всеукраїнської академії наук Оникія Малиновського (1868 - 1932). Автор прийшов до висновку про вагомий внесок дослідника у вивчення історії кримінального та державного права Великого князівства Литовського.
(In the article the attempt to analyze Onykiy Malynovsky’s ( 1868 -1932), the outstanding scientist, the academitian of the National Academy of Ukraine, herritage in the Historical branch of Law is made. The author comes to the conclusion that the researcher’s contribution into the Criminal and State Historical investigation in the Great Lithuanian principality is significant.)
