Анотація

Статтю присвячено науковому вивченню фінансового забезпечення сталого розвитку на основі різних джерел фінансування. Метою статті є здійснити систематичний аналіз основних наукових досліджень фінансового забезпечення сталого розвитку в Україні, виявлення основних проблем та перспектив. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу досліджень в наукових фахових виданнях в контексті визначення основних проблем та окреслення пер- спектив фінансування сталого розвитку в Україні. За допомогою систематичного літературного огляду простежено публікаційну активність досліджень, їх характер та тематичну спрямованість. Встановлено, що дослідження заданої проблематики становить предмет значного наукового інтересу, що демонструє позитивну динаміку, починаючи від 2022 р. та дослідники цікавляться різнобічними аспектами фінансування сталого розвитку в Україні від місцевого рівня до міжнародного. Результати дослідження дозволять отримати цілісне уявлення про стан та перспективи фінансового забезпечення сталого розвитку у вітчизняному науковому просторі, що сприятиме ефективнішій стратегії фінансування проєктів сталого розвитку в Україні.
(The article is devoted to the scientific study of the financial support of sustainable development based on various sources of financing. Today, financing the implementation of sustainable development in Ukraine is one of the most popular, given the importance of implementing the Sustainable Development Goals in Ukraine and the interdisciplinary complexity of the problem raised, which covers social, economic and environmental aspects. The article aims to systematically analyze the primary scientific studies of the financial support of sustainable development in Ukraine to identify the main problems and prospects. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of research in scientific professional publications to identify the main issues and outline the prospects for financing sustainable development in Ukraine. Using a systematic literature review, the publication activity of the research was traced. The search was carried out using the search engine and the OUCI scientific citation database using the descriptor "financing of the Sustainable Development Goals". The nature of the publications, their thematic focus on the research, and the main problems raised by scientists in their works were also determined. It has been established that the study of the given issue is a subject of significant scientific interest, demonstrating positive dynamics, starting from 2022, and researchers are interested in the diverse aspects of financing sustainable development in Ukraine, from the local to the international level. The results of the study indicate that the analysed publications are of a theoretical and empirical nature, the authors of the publications operate with the results of statistical analysis, case method, and situational analysis of foreign and domestic experience. The focus of the study is also different, including international, national and local aspects of financing sustainable development. Among the main problems raised by researchers, one can distinguish both internal problems: financial insolvency of communities, weakness of investment policy, other budgetary priorities of the state in conditions of war; and external: the economic gap in financing sustainable development between developed and developing countries, the fight against the climate crisis.)
