Abstract

Розглянуто діяльність органів державної влади у сфері зв’язків з громадськістю та використання нею інноваційних інформаційно-комунікативних технологій інформування громадян про свою діяльність та залучення громадськості до формування державної політики та до оцінювання якості її реалізації.(In the article the author examined the activities of the state administration bodies in the sphere of public relations, the use of innovation informational and communication technologies for informing citizens about administration’s activities, involving community members to the process of forming the state policy and evaluating quality of its achievement.)
