Abstract
У даній статті визначаються та дається загальна характеристика державних органів та громадських організацій, які здійснюють захист прав та законних інтересів засудженого при провадженні кримінального судочинства.
(In this article the state public organs and public organizations which carry out the protection of the rights and legal interests of the convict at realization of the criminal court proceedings are determined and their general description is given.)
