Abstract
У статті дискутується теза С.Куделі про відсутність академічної спільноти, що стримує розвиток політичної науки в Україні, висловлену ним у публікації «Чи можлива в Україні політична наука?» (Критика №1-2,2012 ). Моє пояснення відштовхується не від «агентів», а від «структури», тобто головна причина занедбаного стану політичних досліджень вбачається у відсутності академічного середовища. Крім того у тексті запропоновані два шляхи виходу з цієї ситуації (The paper discusses S.Kudelia’s thesis on the absence of academic community that hinders the development of political research in Ukraine, expressed in his article "Is Political Science Possible in Ukraine?" (Krytyka,№1-2, 2012) My analysis stems from the structural constrains and argues that the cause is not in the “agency” but in “structure”. Besides, the paper suggests two ways for overcoming institutional limits of Ukrainian academia)
