Abstract

У статті досліджено сутність поняття мотивація у місцевому самоврядуванні. Визначено основні теоретичні положення щодо мотивації діяльності як чинника підвищення ефективності функціонування органів місцевого самоврядування. Сформульовано основні напрямки підвищення мотивації посадових осіб (In the article essence of concept is investigational motivation in local selfgovernment. Substantive theoretical provisions are certain in relation to
motivation of activity as factor of increase of efficiency of functioning of organs
