Abstract

У статті розглянуто функції держави та їх бюджетне фінансування. Проведено аналіз динаміки, складу та структури видатків Державного бюджету України за функціональною класифікацією. Обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо ефективного використання коштів державного бюджету в контексті виконання державою її функцій.
(The article deals with the functions of state and government funding. The analysis of the dynamics, composition and structure of expenditures of the State Budget of Ukraine forfunctional classification. Suggestions for effective use of the state budget in the context of the state of its functions.)
