Abstract

У статті проаналізовано існуючі погляди щодо проблем формування спільної європейської політики безпеки і оборони. Показано, що в процесі розбудови власної безпекової і оборонної політики європейські держави стали заручниками низки проблем і суперечностей, що виникають на цьому шляху (There is the analysis of existing views on the problems of forming of European Security and Defence Policy in this article. Shown that in the process of progress of Common Security and Defence Policy the European states have become the hostages of problems and controversies that arise in this way)
