Abstract
The article considers categories such as right and law, the relation between them from the positions of the Christian methodological culture, naturally legal theory. The boundary between the Old Testament and the New Testament not only divided the history of mankind into two parts and clearly distinguished categories such as right and law, but also set the right to a height that a person could not achieve.
