Abstract
In the effective legal statue of Republic of Bulgaria, there are prerequisites for eluding of the law, at which certain legal institute is replaced by other, with the purpose of achieving certain legal consequences.Such is the case with recognition of a child from a complete stranger, who declares, that he is the father of the child, which is born
from unmarried woman, without having any biological connection with that child and the following adopting of the child by his wife.
