Abstract
The essence of the state employment policy, the basic principles of its implementation, the possibility of using various instruments of implementation of state policy in the field of employment, and the organization of services delivery to the unemployed people is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On employment of the population”. State regulation of employment is the formation and implementation of state employment policy in order to create conditions for full and productive free-choice employment and social protection in the case of unemployment.
