Abstract
У статті розглянуті питання щодо регулювання соціально-економічних процесів регіону через вдосконалення механізму формування та розподілу доходів місцевих бюджетів. Зазначені існуючі джерела надходжень до бюджету розвитку місцевих бюджетів та можливості їх доповнення. Запропоновано механізм розподілу коштів бюджету розвитку за принципом стимулювання чи підтримки регіонів, відповідно до рівня їх проблемності.
(In the article the considered questions in relation to adjusting of socio-economic processes of region through perfection of mechanism of forming and division of profits of local budgets. Noted existent
sources of receipts in the budget of development of local budgets and possibility of their addition. The mechanism of division of facilities of budget of development is offered on principle of stimulation or support of regions, in accordance with the level of their problem.)
