Abstract
У статті аналізуються позитивні та негативні аспекти ведення єдиної ставки для оподаткування доходів фізичних осіб як в Україні, так і у багатьох постсоціалістичних країнах, пропонуються нові підходи до оподаткування доходів фізичних осіб в Україні.
(Introduction of the unified rate into the taxation of physical persons‘ incomes. Both in Ukraine and in a lot of post – socialistic countries are examined in the article. It is also given the analysis of the positive and negative sides of this introduction. New approaches deal with the taxation of physical persons‘ incomes in Ukraine are proposed.)
