Abstract
У статті розглянуто проблему фінансування вищої освіти як пріоритетного напряму видатків державного бюджету України, визначено напрямки фінансування і необхідність концентрації фінансових ресурсів для їх реалізації; умови забезпечення ефективного використання коштів на функціонування та розвиток вищої освіти.
(Іn the article the problem of financing of higher education is considered as priority direction of charges of the state budget of Ukraine, directions of financing and necessity of concentration of financial resources are definite for their realization; terms of providing of the effective use of facilities on functioning and development of higher education.)
