Abstract
У статті розглянуто використання лізингу, як фінансового інструменту здійснення операцій злиттів та поглинань, з метою підвищення організаційного та економічного ефекту діяльності компанії. Розглянуто можливі схеми використання лізингу у зазначених процесах інтеграцій.
(The use of leasing is considered in the article, as a financial instrument of realization of operations of confluences and absorptions, with the purpose of increase of organizational and economic effect of activity of company. The possible charts of the use of leasing are considered in the noted processes of integrations.)
