Abstract
Розглянуто основні методи оцінки трудового потенціалу підприємства. Доведено, що об’єктивно виміряти трудовий потенціал підприємства можна лише використовуючи систему показників, до яких необхідно включити не тільки кількісні, але й якісні показники.
(The basic methods of estimation of labour potential of enterprise are considered. It is proved that objectively vimiriti labour potential of enterprise it is possible only using the system of indexes to which it is necessary to include not only quantitative but also high-quality indexes.)
