Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню актуальних проблем визначення факторів впливу зовнішнього середовища на фінансове забезпечення розвитку суб’єктів АПК. У роботі сформовано перелік показників, що характеризують можливості й обмеження щодо формування джерел фінансування підприємств агропромислового сектору з боку зовнішнього середовища їх функціонування. На основі застосування економіко-математичного інструментарію виділено фактори, що спричиняють суттєвий вплив на фінансове забезпечення розвитку суб’єктів АПК, а саме: монетарно-інфляційний, фактор прямої бюджетної підтримки та фактор державної підтримки пільгового кредитування АПК, надано їх характеристику.
(The article deals with the actual problems of determining the external environment factors influence on financial implementation of the agribusiness entities development. Taking into the account the external environment of agribusiness companies functioning the author elaborates the list of indicators characterizing the opportunities and limitations for the agribusiness companies financing sources formation. Applying the economic and mathematical tools, the author defines the factors that have a significant impact on the financial implementation of the agribusiness entities development: monetary-inflationary, direct budget support, the state support for soft loans to agribusiness, and their characteristics.)
