Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості формування і використання коштів об’єднаних територіальних громад в Україні. Автор акцентує увагу на визначенні особливостей формування ресурсів об’єднаних територіальних громад, зокрема зупиняється на динаміці їх доходів, визначає зміну складу доходів та витрат у процесі децентралізації. Характеризуючи доходи та витрати об’єднаних територіальних громад, їх розподіл, визначено проблемні питання в їх утворенні та споживанні. Результатом дослідження є визначення напрямів удосконалення системи формування і використання коштів об’єднаних територіальних громад.
(The article deals with the features of the formation and use of funds of the united territorial communities in Ukraine. The author focuses on the definition of the features of the formation of resources of the united territorial communities, in particular, the dynamics of their income. The author also identifies the changes in income and expenditure in the decentralization process. Describing the incomes and expenses of the united territorial communities and their distribution, the problematic issues in their formation and consumption were determined. The result of the study is to determine the directions of improvement of the system of formation and use of funds of the united territorial communities.)
