Abstract
У статті розглядаються іпотечні цінні папери як головні інструменти реалізації іпотечного рефінансування. Здійснюється класифікація іпотечних цінних паперів та визначаються їх головні особливості.
(This article is devoted to mortgage securities as the main tools of mortgage refinancing. The author has carried out classification of mortgage securities and has defined their basic features.)
