Abstract
У статті розглянуто підходи до визначення сутності фінансової політики та управління фінансами. Проаналізовано взаємозв’язок таких фінансових категорій, як фінансова політика, управління фінансами, управління державними фінансами та фінансовий механізм.
(Going is considered near determination of essence of financial policy and financial management. Essence and intercommunication of such financial categories is analysed as a financial policy, financial management, state financial management and financial mechanism.)
