Abstract
У статті досліджено особливості моніторингу за фінансовими потоками в бюджетній сфері Європейського Союзу. Проаналізовано правові засади, еволюцію та роль інститутів співтовариства у бюджетному процесі та здійсненні фінансового контролю.
(Researched the peculiarities of financial flows monitoring in the budget sphere of the European Union. Analyzed legal aspects, evolution and the role of EU institutions in the budget process and conducting financial control.)
