Abstract
У статті виділено основні фактори внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища, які мають вплив на формування бюджетів підприємства та уточнено характер їх впливу на окремі складові механізму бюджетування. Розроблено схематичне зображення механізму бюджетування з виділенням етапу бюджетного процесу та з врахуванням взаємодії та взаємозалежності складових.
(The article determines the basic factors of internal and external environment, which have an influence on forming of the enterprise’s budgets, and specifies a character of this influence on the separate constituents of budget mechanism. The schematic image of budget mechanism is worked out with a selection of the stage of budget process and taking into account interplay and interdependence of constituents.)
