Abstract
У статті запропоновано розглядати процес адаптації промислових підприємств до світового ринку через процес транснаціоналізації, тобто створення транснаціональних компаній. Виявлено, що важливішим чинником адаптації є підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Розглянуто взаємозв’язок критеріїв конкурентоспроможності та синергетичного ефекту підприємств металургійної галузі.
(In the article it is suggested to examine the process of adaptation of industrial enterprises in a world market through the process of transnational mergers. It is exposed, that one of major factors of adaptation is an increase of competitiveness of enterprise. Intercommunication of criteria of competitiveness and synergistic result is considered for the enterprises of metallurgical industry.)
