Abstract

Розглянуто сутність фінансових ресурсів органів місцевого самоврядування згідно з фондовою і безфондовою теоріями. Досліджено форму виявлення, джерела створення і цільове призначення місцевих фінансових ресурсів, запропоновано авторське визначення поняття “фінансові ресурси органів місцевого самоврядування”.
(Essence of financial resources of organs of local self-government is considered according to a fund and non-fund theories. The form of exposure, source of creation and having a special purpose setting of local financial resources are investigated, the author determination of concept “financial resources of organs of local self-government” is offered.)
