Abstract
У статті розглянуто бюджетні важелі впливу на тривалість життя населення. Порівняно витрати на охорону
здоров’я в окремих зарубіжних країнах та в Україні. Обґрунтовано роль основних чинників, які впливають на
тривалість життя. З’ясовано специфіку медичного обслуговування в Україні та виокремлено особливе значення
бюджетних важелів на сучасному етапі розвитку України. Виявлено силу впливу загальних державних витрат і
мінімальної заробітної плати на очікувану тривалість життя. Зроблено висновки щодо важелів впливу на тривалість життя у Великобританії, Естонії, Польщі та Україні.
(The article considers the budget leverage effect on the life expectancy of the population. The author provides health care costs in certain foreign countries and in Ukraine. The role of the main factors that affect life expectancy is substantiated.
The specifi cs of medical services in Ukraine are clarifi ed and special importance of fi scal levers at present stage of Ukraine’s development are highlighted. The impacts of total public spending and the minimum wages on life expectancy are defi ned.
Conclusions about the fi scal factors infl uence on life expectancy in the UK, Estonia, Poland and Ukraine are made.)
