Abstract

За результатами макроекономічного аналізу виокремлено основні тенденції та стримувальні фактори відновлення
банківського сектору України. Здійснено ретроспективний аналіз основних причин визначеного кола проблем,
а також реакції вітчизняного регулятора на них у контексті співпраці із Урядом і міжнародними партнерами, а також ефективності запобіжних заходів і використання наявних ресурсів. На основі дослідження сформульовано
висновки та рекомендації щодо подальшого відновлення банківської системи.
(Based on the results of the macroeconomic analysis, the main trends and constraints to the recovery of the banking sector in Ukraine are identifi ed. A retrospective analysis of the main causes for the existing problems and the reaction of
the domestic regulator to them in the context of cooperation with the Government and international partners in terms of the effectiveness of the carried out activities and the use of available resources are conducted. Based on the research, conclusions
and recommendations for the further restoration of the banking system are formulated.)
