Abstract

Перехід від тоталітарного до демократичного устрою в Україні має
значний вплив на формування правової ідеології. Минулий досвід існування
ілюзорної, патерналістської ідеології негативно відбивається на сприйнятті сучасниками правового явища ідеології в цілому, заважає їм бачити в ньому засіб досягнення гуманістичних цілей та ідеалів. Відсутність
правової ідеології, а згодом підміна її у свідомості населення на політичну
ідеологію, значно уповільнює становлення правової, демократичної держави України. (The transition from a totalitarian to a democratic system in Ukraine has a
significant influence on creation of the legal ideology. The past experience of
illusory and paternalistic ideology has a negative impact on the perception of
the legal phenomenon of ideology in general, and prevents our contemporaries
from viewing it as means of achieving of humanitarian goals and ideals. A
lack of legal ideology, and then its substitution for the political ideology in the
people’s consciousness greatly slows down the development of Ukrainian legal
and democratic state.)
