Abstract

Стаття є спробою аналізу та значення для безпеки України контррозвідувального режиму, як одного із
ефективних механізмів протидії спецслужбам Російської Федерації в умовах гібридної війни.
Представлено окремі теоретичні підходи до питань, що стосуються цього сектору безпеки української
держави. У статті надано власне визначення контррозвідувального режиму в Україні, його основних
складових, що мають захисні функції. Показано можливу структурну його побудову. В ході аналізу
автор зупинився на основному призначенню досліджуваного режиму, намагався представити власний
підхід до обговорюваних категорій. Представлені роздуми стосуються також сучасного стану
дослідження, завершеного спробою авторського коментаря Указу Президента України №310/2017 6
жовтня 2017 року, яким введено у дію Концепцію забезпечення контррозвідувального режиму в
Україні.
(The article is an attempt of an analysis of importance of counterintelligence regime, as one of the
effective mechanisms of counteraction to the intelligence services of the Russian Federation, for the
security of Ukraine under the conditions of hybrid war. The most important theoretical approaches to
studying the issues related to this sector of the Ukrainian state security have been presented in the article.
A definition of the counterintelligence regime in Ukraine, its main component having protective functions
have been provided in the article. The structural composition of the counterintelligence regime has been
described. In the analysis, the author has focused at investigating the main purpose of functioning of the
analyzed regime. The author’s own approach to the discussed categories has been presented. These
reflections have also related to the current state of the study, and have been completed by the author’s
attempt to comment on the President of Ukraine’s Decree #310/2017 dated October 6, 2017, which
introduced the Concept of Ensuring Counterintelligence Regime in Ukraine.)
