Abstract

Розглядаються три типи моделей
регресії, які мають велике значення у
вивченні політичних і соціальних
проблем, а саме: лінійні регресійні
моделі, логістичні регресійні моделі
та моделі для панельних даних.
Логістична регресія та модель аналізу
панельних даних, розширюють
інструментарій аналізу, дозволяють
політологам вирішувати більш
складніші дослідницькі завдання, де
класичні моделі лінійної регресії є
недостатніми.
(In this paper examine three types of
regression models that are of great
importance in studying political and
social issues, that is, classical linear
regression models, logistic regression
models and models for panel data. Both
logistic regression and panel data
models allow political scientists to deal
with problems, where classical linear
regression models fail.)
