Abstract
Розглянуто методи виплати дивідендів, типи дивідендної політики, спосіб виплати дивідендів. Визначено фактори впливу на дивідендну політику корпорацій. Охарактеризовано фінансові показники вітчизняних корпорацій та основні тенденції розподілу прибутку корпораціями СІЛА. Виділено основні чинники, які слід враховувати фінансовим менеджерам при виборі дивідендної політики.
(The article deals with types of the dividend policy, methods and ways of the dividend payment. The author determined the factors of influence on the dividend policy of corporations. Financial indicators of the Ukrainian enterprises arid major tendencies in profit distribution at the US corporations were characterized. The author also defined main factors that have to be considered by financial managers while setting dividend policy.)
