Abstract

На основі аналізу кримінального процесуального кодексу країни, ухваленого 13 квітня 2012 року (із подальшими змінами), та релевантної судової практики розглянуто способи перевірки документів, що створені без зв’язку із кримінальним провадженням, а також протоколів гласних слідчих (розшукових) дій.
(Based on the analysis of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine adopted on April 13, 2012 (with subsequent changes) and relevant court practice the ways of checking the documents created without connection with criminal proceedings as well as the protocols of non-secret public investigative (search) actions are considered.)
