Abstract
У статті автор характеризує поняття відповідальності, саморозвитку та самореалізації особистості. Підкреслюється важливість неформальної освіти студентів у контексті участі в міжнародних волонтерських обмінних програмах.
(The author defines the concept of responsibility, seifdevelopment and self-realization of the personality. The importance of non-format education of the students in context of participation in the international volunteer exchange programs is being emphasized in the article.)
