Abstract
Рассматривается характеристика острого и хронического гепатита С в россии.
(Present trends of epidemic process of hepatitis C in Russia are the following: decrease of hepatitis C incidence up to 2,)3 %оою in 2010, increase of chronic forms, increase of proportion of Anti hepatitis C virus carriers. Recent years, genotype 3a increased to 34% among patients with chronicle hepatitis C (increased from 17% up to 34%). Natural transmission routes are not active with 3,5% perinatal HCV infection cases and 0,7% family transmission cases.)
