Анотація
The author of the article scrutinizes «intelligence» as a paradigm principle of the whole new European culture. There is the analyze of the socio-cultural contradiction and the limitation of its historical form. It is concluded that «intelligence» has its functional meaning of determinant
principle of the European culture paradigm.
