Abstract

У статті пропонується досвід осмислення проблеми національної культурної традиції в контексті активізації міжкультурної комунікації в сучасному світі. Стверджується, що національна культура може виступати, з одного боку, способом ідентифікації особистості, а з іншого – підґрунтям міжнаціональних конфліктів. (The article presents the experience of thinking about the issue of national cultural traditions in the context of enhancing cross-cultural communication in the modern world. It is claimed that national culture can act, on one hand, as the method of identification, and on the other – as the basis of ethnic conflicts. The overcoming of this situation is possible if getting rid of the division of the world into «friend or foe», «safeenemy» through international intellectual community that is able through wise use of traditions, their own life experiences to demonstrate not an eclectic combination of incongruous and reach a true cultural synthesis. That is based on rooting in national culture, climb the scope of the universal spirit in relationship with other national and cultural elements. Further development of humanity is only possible in case of polyphonic, dialogue and cultural cooperation in other areas of life. Only through such cooperation can occur not just usage of other cultures samples and development of personality while forming the respect and understanding of culture other than their native, overcoming language barriers, prejudice and contempt for other people with the deprivation of chauvinism and pseudo patriotism. Cultural identity and ethics transnationalism by formation occurring. In the first place, by means of education, with not motivated etnonartsysism and national individotsentrysm, but only in conjunction with human values and meanings of culture, that is inter-subjective. Because humanity faced the tasks generated by globalization that require the formation of such knowledge and skills that will allow, on the one hand, to become tolerant, open to the universe, and the other – not to abandon the national cultural traditions, of roots that define ethnic identity, to fill them with meaning today.)
