Анотація
У статті розглянуто анотацію як складник політекстуальної структури науково-технічного тексту. На матеріалі статей журналу «Нафтогазова енергетика» розкрито комунікативно-прагматичний потенціал анотацій в науково-технічному дискурсі. Зокрема визначено функціональне навантаження анотації в процесі комунікативного обміну між автором наукового тексту і читачем, з’ясовано зміст анотації як жанру вторинної комунікації.
Проаналізовано стильові особливості науково-технічного макротексту, у площині якого перетинаються первинні і вторинні тексти (лексеми, що утворюють тематичне ядро; схематичність і стереотипність висловлювання; акцент на термін; економія одиниць лексичного і синтаксичного рівнів та ін.). Схематично відображено стереотипні структури, які формують комунікативно-прагматичний каркас науково-технічної анотації, – фокус інформації, на який автор спрямовує увагу читача.
(The article explores the abstract as part of the politextual structure of SciTech texts. Article abstracts from «Oil and Gas Energy Journal» made it possible to prove communicative and pragmatic potential of such secondary source material sin SciTech discourse. They particularized a functional load of abstracts in communicative exchange between the author and the
reader of SciTech text and the content of the abstract as a genre of secondary communication.
The research proved the abstract to serve as an accurate expressive and condensed substitute of the original, to have a stereotypical structure and to perform a number of functions aimed at finding an information source, its representation and selection from an array of subject sources that are homogeneous.
Analysis of stylistic features of SciTech macrotext revealed intersection of primary and secondary texts (lexemes forming the subject nucleus; language patterns and stereotypes; terminological emphasis; scarcity lexical and syntactic units etc. Stereotypical structures focus schematically communicative and pragmatic frame of a SciTech abstract highlighting and contouring information that the author draws attention to. Its distinctive feature is that the frame is formed by a correlating pair describing two key actions (what has been done and what positive result it has brought). Abstract authors use evaluative markers represent them the most significant information to the receiver.
Functional diversity of abstracts testifies to their representative nature and universality in search and retrieval of information.
The main goal of this communicative genre is to avoid redundancy of information, emphasis on the most important
findings, receiver’s focus on the most significant, condensed information. Linguistically, it may be useful to examine broader contexts of SciTech abstracts, to outline their place in the system of SciTech genres, to analyze their lexical, syntactic, structural and compositional features.)
