Abstract

В статті розглянуто сутність категорії фіскального потенціалу місцевих бюджетів та проаналізовано склад основних податкових надходжень до місцевих бюджетів України, зокрема вказано на зміни у контексті прийняття Податкового кодексу. Автором у заключній частині статті вказано на основні напрямки зміцнення фіскального потенціалу місцевих бюджетів України (In this article we examined the essence of the category of fiscal capacity of local budget and analyzed the content of the major tax revenues to the local budgets of Ukraine, particularly we specify the changing context of the Tax Code. In the ending the author mentioned the most important directions of strengthening fiscal capacity of local budgets of Ukraine)
