Abstract
Статтю присвячено соціально-філософському аналізу
японської моделі соціального управління. Розкрито інтеграційні
механізми, обґрунтовано гіпотезу щодо домінування в
японському суспільстві непрямого, неявного типу соціального
управління. Вказано і недоліки японської моделі: зростання
нігілізму молоді, її небажання підтримувати традиції; наявність
різноманітних форм дискримінації; пресинг на психіку
школярів, студентів та робітників (This article presents a socio-philosophical analysis of the
Japanese model of social administration, mechanisms of social
integration in Japan. The author formulated hypothesis regarding
dominance in Japanese society an implicit type of social control.
In additions, the author pointed out disadvantages of the Japanese
model: growing nihilism in youths, their unwillingness to follow
traditions, presence of multiple forms of discrimination, pressure
on psyche of students and workers)
