Abstract

У статті проведено порівняльний аналіз психологічного змісту та структури понять «професійний досвід юриста», «професійна компетентність» та «готовність до професійної діяльності». Також автор наводить результати емпіричного дослідження, які демонструють уявлення практикуючих юристів про власний позитивний та негативний професійний досвід.
(The article provides a comparative analysis of the content and structure of the psychological concepts of ((professional experience lawyer», ((professional competence» and ((willingness to professional activities.» The author also presents the results of empirical research that demonstrate the ideas ofpracticing lawyers about their own positive and negative professional experiences.)
