Анотація

Стаття присвячена дослідженню концептуальних засад інтелектуальної власності як економічної категорії. Проаналізовано основні інтерпретації інтелектуальної власності та підходи до її класифікації. Підкреслено доцільність застосування комплексного підходу до визначення сутності та економічного змісту інтелектуальної власності.
(This article investigates the conceptual foundations of intellectual property as an economic category. The main intellectual property interpretations and approaches to its classification are analyzed. The advisability of an integrated approach to the definition of the essence and economic content of intellectual property is underlined.)
