Abstract

Стаття присвячена розгляду законодавчої бази, на основі якої здійснювали свою діяльність благодійні товариства на початку ХХ століття на території Російської імперії. На основі матеріалів ЦДІАК України проаналізовано особливості функціонування римо-католицьких благодійних товариств на українських землях у складі Російської імперії на початку ХХ століття.
(The article is devoted to the legal framework on which operated charities in the early 20th century in the Russian Empire. Based on the material of the Central State Historical Archive of Ukraine in Kiev analyzes the features of the functioning of the Roman Catholic Charities of the Ukrainian lands in the Russian Empire in the early 20th century).
