Анотація
У статті на основі архівних документів, монографічної і мемуарної літератури прослідковано утворення радянських підпільних організацій у Рівненській області, з’ясовано
причини провалу більшості з них на початку німецько-радянської війни, охарактеризовано діяльність радянських підпільних формувань в 1941-1943 рр., зокрема, підпільних організацій під керівництвом Т. Новака, П. Мірющенка, М. Остафова, В. Томашевського, М. Фідарова та ін.
(The problem of the Soviet underground in Rivne region during the German-Soviet war is less explored in modern historiography. Soviet intelligence on the subject are superficial and fit into the mainstream communist ideology. On the basis of new archival sources accounted documents
and critical thinking historiography and memoirs followed the main stages of creation and of Soviet underground cells in Rivne region. Identify the reasons for the failure of most of them at the initial stage of the war. Comparison of archival documents memoir sources related activities Rivne
